Women With Willpower, Inc. has been approved as a Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO) by the Arizona Dept. of Revenue.
What does this mean to you? You can now direct up to $400, as a single taxpayer and $800 for married filing jointly, of your tax obligation to the State of Arizona directly to Women With Willpower. This keeps your hard-earned tax dollars in Lake Havasu City and benefits women in need. It’s easy to make this donation and the best part is that there is no cost to you. The credit is available state wide, not just to Lake Havasu City residents. The credit it valid for future years, so you can donate every year that you have a tax obligation to the State of Arizona. Here is all you need to do:
Write a check to Women With Willpower for the amount you wish to donate, subject to limitations In the memo section write “Form 321”
Mail the check to Women With Willpower, P.O. Box 1683, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405 Wait for our receipt, then complete Forms 321 & 301 and file with your Arizona State Tax Return. If you have any questions, please contact your tax preparer for direction.
